Pilates at Home
For those who have practiced pilates and are interested in learning a at-home method to keep connected with your body we are now offering a Pilates class focused on core strength and spinal alignment.
Private Online Class
Along with our in-studio private classes, we have also transitioned to online classes for your needs and are offering personal one-on-one training through Zoom Video Chat so that our instructors can guide you during your practice. This is a private way for you to meet the needs of your body, alleviate pain, and increase bodily strength through your choice of our pilates or somatic classes.
